RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Velorbis.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products in stock can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased online at Velorbis.com, velorbis.co.uk, Velorbis.de, Velorbis.co.uk, Velorbis.se, Velorbis.no within the last 14 days
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

A custom-made bicycle order (made-to-order bicycle designed in our online bicycle design tool cannot be cancelled or returned once in production.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Velorbis.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged BICYCLE box, please write ‘DAMAGED* on the delivery form that you need to sign before reception. Hereafter please inform us about the transport damages on the bicycle (if any  – as many times it is only the box that has been damaged) as soon as possible.

If the proof of delivery (POD) note does not state that the box was damaged upon arrival, there is no insurance coverage and hence it is not possible to make a transport damage claim against us. If, however you have put ‘DAMAGED’ on the delivery note, you can safely accept the box and inspect the content. All missing parts and damaged components will be fully compensated by Velorbis after identification. PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE TO RECEIVE THE BICYCLE, AS THE ‘DAMAGED’ NOTIFICATION ON DELIVERY NOTE WILL COMPENSATE YOU 100%.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
